3. Orders & Payments

Please check your order details and delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

An order confirmation email does not guarantee that an order can be fulfilled if an item is unavailable or a genuine pricing or payment issue arises. If we need to cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that order.

Orders cannot always be changed or cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun.

We offer tracked shipping within Australia.

Standard Shipping: $6.99 AUD
Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $50 AUD or more
Free Express Shipping: Orders of $120 AUD or more

Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping fees. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
