Welcome to Cloudy Craft AU! These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Cloudy Craft AU

Cloudy Craft AU is an online store offering miniature scene stickers, sticker books and craft accessories.

For enquiries, please contact us at cloudycraftau@gmail.com.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Please note:

Actual product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and display settings.
Product images are provided to illustrate the products. Please read the product descriptions carefully to understand what is included in each set.
Any accessories, tools or decorative items not specifically listed in the product description are not included.
Product availability may change without notice.

If a product does not match its description or fails to meet your rights under Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed. We accept the payment methods made available through our checkout.

Shipping fees, applicable discounts and any other charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Cloudy Craft AU reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options before taking further action.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please check your order details, including the products, quantities, delivery address and contact information, before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at cloudycraftau@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a genuine pricing error has occurred, or a transaction is suspected of being fraudulent. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer tracked shipping within Australia.

Our shipping rates are:

Standard Shipping: $6.99 AUD
Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD
Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 AUD or more.
Free Express Shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $120 AUD or more.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping fees. Orders between $50 AUD and $119.99 AUD qualify for free Standard Shipping, but not free Express Shipping.

All orders include tracking. Available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post operations, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged during transit, contact us at cloudycraftau@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this section.

6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including choosing the wrong product or no longer wanting an item. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact cloudycraftau@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate instructions. We will not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and free gifts are subject to the specific conditions stated for each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions are available only during the advertised promotional period or while promotional stock lasts.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless the offer explicitly allows it.

For free-gift promotions, eligibility is based on the conditions stated in the relevant promotion. If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, the promotion may no longer apply, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We may update website content, product listings and store features from time to time. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every page will always be free from errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cloudy Craft AU is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, service interruptions or events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

10. Privacy

We collect and use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and operate our store.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it may be used or shared with relevant service providers.
