At Cloudy Craft AU, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including choosing the wrong product or no longer wanting an item. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at cloudycraftau@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where applicable.

We will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

3. Refunds, Replacements & Returns

If your product is eligible for a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide return instructions where required.

4. Shipping Costs

For approved returns relating to faulty, damaged or incorrect items, reasonable return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind purchases.
