At Cloudy Craft AU, we want your little treasures to reach you safely! ♡ We offer tracked shipping Australia-wide.

1. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $6.99 AUD
Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $50 AUD or more

Free Standard Shipping applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 AUD or more, after discounts and before shipping fees. Express Shipping charges still apply, regardless of order value.

All available shipping options and applicable fees will be displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take longer than usual.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post operations, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow time for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
